One of Japan's legendary bands, L’Arc~en~Ciel, is set to release a new song for the Resident Evil 7: Biohazard video game.
Dubbed "Don’t Be Afraid", the song is said to have PlayStation VR's first fully digitized 3600 music video featuring L’Arc~en~Ciel members, namely Hyde, Ken, Tetsuya and Yukihiro, fighting against zombies in order to stay alive.
"This will be the unprecedented VR music video you can enjoy for both a music and video experience. Through photo scanning and motion capture, L'Arc~en~Ciel members become digital characters and fight against zombies in the world of the Resident Evil series," said the band on its official Facebook account.

Although it is still unclear whether the song will be officially released as the band’s single, it could be a gift that the fans have been waiting for after the release of the “Wings Flap” single last year.
Established in 1991, L’Arc~en~Ciel has released more than 20 albums that became hits in Japan. One of their popular songs, "Ready Steady Go", has been used as the opening theme for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. (kes)
