video posted on the State Secretary Ministry’s YouTube channel, titled “Temu Kangen Dengan Masyarakat Indonesia di Singapura" (Meet and Greet with Indonesian Citizens Live in Singapore), shows the casual side of President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo and First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo.
The cute incident occurs around the third minute mark of the video, while the President is delivering his speech. The First Lady is caught realizing that her husband's fringe is a bit messy, and, as an attentive wife, she tries to signal to the President.

Unfortunately, Jokowi fails to notice her signals, leaving Iriana to gesture anxiously for several minutes as she continues to try to get his attention.
The video then shows Iriana as she calls on a member of the Presidential Security Detail (Paspampres) to ask him to tell Jokowi about his messy fringe.
After being informed, Jokowi hurriedly tidies his fringe while telling the audiences about what just happened, leading them to burst into laughter. (kes)
