fter her stunning portrayal as an uptight matriarch in Crazy Rich Asians, Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh’s follow up is a 180° change.

The Malaysian actress will go back to what she does best – action – in her next project.

The 56-year-old actress is slated to star in Master Z: Ip Man Legacy alongside Max Zhang, Thai star Tony Jaa and wrestler-turned-actor Dave Bautista. Master Z is the spin-off from the Ip Man movies and is directed by martial arts choreographer Yuen Woo Ping.

Zhang is reprising his role as Cheung Tin Chi (from Ip Man 3) in Master Z. After he is defeated by Ip Man, Cheung chooses to stay under the radar but problem seems to find him. This time, it is in the form of Davidson, a foreigner he gets into a fight with.

Master Z: Ip Man Legacy will make its premiere at the upcoming Busan Film Festival (Oct. 4-13) where the film will close the event.
