JAKARTA: South Jakarta Police chief Sr. Comr. Firman Shantyabudi said Friday his detectives had examined the Pacific Place's closed circuit television tapes but had not yet spotted Maria Fransisca Bernadette Elen's murderer on them.
"We have scanned the tapes, but unfortunately the victim was not filmed," he was quoted by detik.com Friday.
Elen, 22, was found dead Tuesday evening in the mall's emergency stairs in South Jakarta.
The body of pharmaceutical company PT Abott's employee was found with stab wounds.
Elen was buried Friday at Pondok Rangon cemetery in East Jakarta. - JP
