AKARTA: If you ask Achmad Firdaus, better known as Daus Mini, about his career, chances are, he will tell you that his path to stardom was long and arduous, his size causing him to take twice as long to get anywhere.
But if you ask him about being a father, you will probably get his undivided attention. Daus Mini, who married Yunita Lestari in July of last year, is now a father following the birth of a baby boy on Jan. 2.
“We are happy to announce that our son, Ivander Haykal Firdaus, has been born,” Daus wrote to reporters via BlackBerry Messenger.
The baby, who was born in Blitar, East Java, was the best New Year’s gift possible for the young couple.
