IT'€™S THE SHIP announces full-fledged international lineup of acts

he Livescape Group has officially released its full lineup for the inaugural voyage of IT'€™S THE SHIP, Asia'€™s first music festival onboard the prestigious Royal Caribbean International'€™s '€œVoyager of the Seas'€. The maiden expedition sets sail from Marina Bay Cruise Center on Nov. 21 and will return to Singapore'€™s shores on Nov. 25.

As a key itinerary highlight, on Nov. 23 the cruise liner will dock at the tropical island of Langkawi for a full-fledged, star-studded beach party hosted by Lil Jon.

The full lineup slated for IT'€™S THE SHIP includes Aeroplane, Alex Metric, Aly & Fila, Basement Jaxx (DJ Set) , Chvrches , Dash Berlin and Louisahhh!!! as the international acts and Anish Sood from Indonesia, Bangkok Invaders from Thailand, Bass Agents from Malaysia, Bento from Japan, DJ Rosh from the Netherlands and Dualist Enquiry from Singapore as the regional acts.

"We are extremely proud to announce our full lineup and we hope the fans are as excited as well. I urge those who have yet to buy their cabins to do so soon as all our cabins are selling out extremely fast. This is one event you won'€™t want to miss,'€ Muhammad Iqbal, group chief executive officer for the Livescape Group said in a statement on Friday.

The floating music festival is expected to attract more than 3,800 fans of which 60 percent are expected to come from outside of Singapore. Punters are expected from all over the world including from Australia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong and even Europe and the US.

The cabins on board IT'€™S THE SHIP range in price from US$430 (early bird price) to US$4,000 per person for the epic Royal Suite, which even houses a grand piano as part of its luxurious interior. Ticket prices are inclusive of main meals, selected non-alcoholic beverages and free usage of most of the ship'€™s facilities. A registration system, hosted by www.itstheship.com, is now in place in order to encourage a mixed clientele on board the cruise. Registration and cabin sales close on Nov. 1. (hhr)
