Guess what?: RAN shares plans for the New Year

J

AKARTA: As the year comes a close, pop band RAN says it has many plans for 2015.

'€œWe plan to go on tour next year. It won'€™t be a big tour but we'€™ll perform in several cities,'€ vocalist and rapper Rayi Putra said as quoted by tribunnews.com.

He said the band would also release another single from its fourth album next year before releasing a new album.

The three-piece band, which rose to fame with its hit '€Pandangan Pertama'€ (First Sight), is busy promoting its latest single, '€œDekat di Hati'€ (Close to Heart) and performing at off-air events.

'€œWe'€™re now focusing on performing off-air while promoting our new single,'€ Rayi said.

Comprising Rayi, Asta Andoko on guitar and vocalist Anindyo '€œNino'€ Baskoro, RAN was formed in 2006 and has successfully generated a loyal teen following.
