Sophie Navita says that language was the toughest part of her new show Interns: The Series, which premieres on Feb. 9 in Singapore.

'€œI didn'€™t find [my] character hard to portray,'€ the 39-year-old actress said was quoted by kompas.com.

'€œWhat was quite challenging was switching from English to Malay. I often said, '€˜dateng'€™, when I had to say '€˜datang'€™, so they had to cut, Sophia said, referring to the slang (gaul) way to say '€œarrive'€ versus its correct pronunciation.

After wrapping up shooting in January, Sophie began an online course in holistic nutrition.

'€œIf I maintain studying four to five hours per day, I should be able to finish it in one year,'€ said the initiator of Indonesia Makan Sayur, or Indonesia Eats Vegetables, campaign.
