Glenn Fredly says he's marking 20 years' in the music industry with the launch of a new album.
'Twenty years is a symbol of my love for the world of music,' the venerable rhythm-and-blues singer/ songwriter said on Friday, as reported by tribunnews.com.
The album, Glenn's 12th, will feature 10 songs and has been scheduled for release in April.
'The album will tell of love, life, friendship and disappointment, Glenn, said. 'There will also be collaborations,' Glenn, who also produced the award-winning film Cahaya Dari Timur ' Beta Maluku (Light from the East: We are Maluku) added, declining to say who would share the limelight with him.
'May the new album inspire the musicians to come,' Glenn said. 'And may the next generation exceed what I have done.'
