Dewi Lestari says she prefers to buy digital books, which she finds easier to handle than printed tomes.
'I used to buy books from Amazon, but the shipping was very expensive. So now I like to buy digital books,' the author, better known as Dee, said, as quoted by Antara news agency.
However, Dee says she'll still buy hard copies when it comes to local titles.
'I will only buy e-books for books that are only available abroad,' the 39-year-old said.
Currently, Dee is busy completing the sixth and last installment of her Supernova series, declining to reveal a release date.
'It will add more pressure,' Dee said when asked about the date. 'I'm currently working on it.'
