he Cilandak district administration in South Jakarta has opened a one-stop service every Friday evening for residents.
The service will accept applications for identity cards, as well as consultations on issues such as land ownership and family planning.
South Jakarta city secretary Herry Supardan said the service aimed to provide services to residents who work away from their homes during the day.
On a recent Friday, the West Cilandak subdistrict office dealt with 12 residents who discussed land problems, 13 residents who wished to procure driving licenses, 15 residents who were seeking government welfare and 15 residents who availed of the family planning service, beritajakarta.com reported.
Cilandak district head Dhani Sukma said that the evening service would also be extended to Pondok Labu, Lebak Bulus, South Cipete and South Gandaria subdistricts and also at the Cilandak district office.
'We have opened at the Cilandak district office a rabies vaccination service for pets and have vaccinated 12 cats,' he said as quoted by beritajakarta.com.
