Student found dead in Yogyakarta

A student was found dead in a kiosk on Saturday afternoon and it is suspected that the victim had been raped

A student was found dead in a kiosk on Saturday afternoon and it is suspected that the victim had been raped.

 

The victim, a 27-year-old female, was found in the kiosk by her sibling at around 5:30 p.m.

 

"We are still investigating the death," said Bantul Police criminal investigation agency chief Adj. Comr Kasim Akbar Bantilan on Sunday.

 

The victim'€™s body is currently undergoing an autopsy.

 

According to the victim'€™s neighbor, the victim ran her own business to finance her studies and was on leave to recover from an accident.
