I'm not temperamental: Ahok

espite regularly being portrayed in the media as temperamental, Governor Basuki "Ahok" Tjahaja Purnama has insisted that his character is in fact very different.

"I'm not temperamental. I do get angry, but only when I need to. If I tell people politely, they pretend that they don't understand," Ahok said during a question-and-answer session with dozens of Global Sevilla International School students at City Hall on Wednesday.

He went on to say that he was more humorous than temperamental and emotional, and that he enjoyed his job as governor despite the burdens that came with the job.

"I'm happy as governor because I get to help needy people. But if I need to, I will get angry and raise my voice once in a while," he said.(+++)
