he South Jakarta Police submitted the dossiers of RA, an alleged celebrity pimp, this week to the South Jakarta District Court to process the case.
'The dossiers were submitted on Monday. The case is being investigated under articles 296 and 506, which target only the pimp, not the prostitutes or clients. RA can face a maximum sentence of one year and a half in prison,' South Jakarta Police spokesman Comr. Aswin said on Thursday.
He said the two women identified as AA and TM were named as witnesses in the case. Previously, National Police spokesman Insp. Gen. Anton Charliyan told reporters they suspected the pimp's clients were government officials who received the service of a part of a gratuity and added that the police might charge the clients.
