t least one died and three others were still undergoing a medical treatment at MH Thamrin General Hospital in Purwakarta, West Java, because of a traffic accident on the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road, which was officially opened by President Joko '€œJokowi'€ Widodo on Saturday.

Rahmat, a resident of Serang in Banten died at the scene and three others suffered serious injuries when a minibus they were riding in turned over after hitting a truck that was driving in front of it.

'€œThe accident took place in Purwadadi district in Subang,'€ First Adj. Insp. Latief of the Subang Police said after the incident on Thursday.

He said the accident occurred because the minibus driver was sleepy and could not control the minibus after hitting the truck.

The minibus and the truck were on their way from Cirebon to Jakarta. (rms)(+++)
