Guess what?: Agus gets wet in new action film

Kapanlagi.com

Actor Agus Kuncoro says his role in Anggy Umbara'€™s latest action film, 3, has been quite a challenge as most of his scenes required him to get drenched in the rain.

'€œI play Mim, an ustad [Muslim preacher] who is also a pencak silat master. The biggest challenge is when I have to fight in the rain, wearing wet costumes in cold weather,'€ he said as quoted by tribunnews.com.

Agus, who starred in Sang Pencerah (The Enlightener), added that he needed to focus on his acting while dealing with the cold weather.

'€œThe shooting was mostly done in the rain in Cipanas'€™ cool climate from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.,'€ the 43-year-old said.

'€œEven during the indoor filming in Jakarta, I still had to get wet.'€

To keep himself fit during the filming, Agus took many vitamins provided by the crew.

The movie, slated for release in September, will also star Abimana Aryasatya, Prisia Nasution, Tika Bravani, Donny Alamsyah and Tanta Ginting.
