Bicycles are as anachronistic as button-up booted ladies riding horses side saddle and household deliveries by horse and cart on Australiaâs 21st century roads and highways! Because bicycles on todayâs roads are akin to amusement park paddle boats sharing major shipping channels with behemoth iron ore carriers and oil laden super-tankers! Not to mention ultralight aircraft sharing the main runways of international airports with Jumbo Boeing 747s and Airbus A380s!Simple question: When the inevitable, ânon-air pollutingâ all-electric, motor car finally arrives will all us pay-for-everything motorists get our roads back from all those bugger-all-paying cycling pedestrian-petrifying pavement pirates?
