View all search resultstate-owned lender Bank Mandiri has developed an online payment mechanism that will enable notaries to make non-tax revenue fiduciary payments to the directorate general of legal administration at the Law and Human Rights Ministry.
Bank Mandiri has integrated the directorate general’s online portal with the bank microsite payment channel to enable notaries to make payments directly through the online portal.
Notaries have been accessing the portal to make fiduciary warranty registrations, corrections or replacements. A fiduciary warranty is an asset allocation that is tailored as protection in relation to debt restructuring.
Bank Mandiri Vice President Alexandra Askandar was optimistic that the new service would benefit notaries, who are also Bank Mandiri customers, in delivering their legal services. These notaries, who have gained access, can easily make payments through the bank’s microsite: https://fidusia.ahu.go.id.
“Hopefully, the flexibility and the security of the transaction will be able to boost the non-tax revenue that originates from the fiduciary payment,” she said. To date, she added, the service had been extended and was accessible through the bank’s e-channel facilities, namely ATMs, Bank Mandiri branch offices, cash management services, Bank Mandiri mini EDC ATMs and the bank’s “Livin” application.
She said the bank would continue to develop the service to support the ministry and other state institutions in the development of transparency and accountability.
Director General of General Legal Administration Cahyo Rahadian Muzhar, who was also at the occasion, said he was convinced that the new service would contribute significantly to his agency’s effort to boost non-tax revenue.
“This is the kind of innovation that we need to not only boost non-tax revenue but also to provide transparency and accountability,” he said.
Bank Mandiri is now recorded as the country’s strongest lender with total assets worth Rp 1.584 trillion. The bank’s backbone operation is supported by 2,482 branch offices and 13,122 ATMs throughout the country.
