n their continuous effort to improve accessibility and proximity for local communities, PT Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Tbk. (Sinarmas MSIG Life) officially opened its Agency Kantor Mandiri (AKM) PBM agency office at Rukan Evian Frenchwalk, MOI, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. This initiative is a manifestation of the company's commitment to increasing public access of life insurance protection services through agency distribution channels.
The inauguration of this new agency office was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the president director of Sinarmas MSIG Life, Wianto Chen, who was accompanied by Herman Sulistyo as director, Ferry Tjong as agency business head, and the PBM (Power of Business Multiplication) agency team.
Wianto Chen, president director of Sinarmas MSIG Life, stated, "The inauguration of this marketing office is a precautionary step, which aligns with the recovery of the insurance industry’s growth, and it serves as concrete evidence of our company's sustainable expansion. With this inauguration, we open our sixth office in 2023, which highlights the trust and support we have from our partners and customers."
The company continues to expand its footprint in this large and growing market by continuously building dedicated and trained partners who provide services and solutions that are tailored to the needs of their customers, supported by digital technology.

Sinarmas MSIG Life is a joint venture life insurance company with majority ownership from Japan. To strengthen its business, Sinarmas MSIG Life has built an integrated digital ecosystem for its customers and sales agents through the use of digital applications that provide faster, easier and more seamless services, which adjusts to the needs of the people and the younger generation located in Jakarta, who often prioritize efficiency, convenience and security with a broader reach.

The company provides a sales app for its sales agents and a customer app called VEGA by Sinarmas MSIG Life to access their policies, information on the nearest hospitals, conduct financial transactions and top-up premium payments, and submit claims with a digital card feature that facilitates customers when they need health protection through QR code scanning. All these digital services provide hybrid services catered to the younger generation in regards to insurance, with easy access anytime and anywhere.
