side from keeping the community at ease with a complete set of groceries for the weekend, Ranch Market has always been known as a leading retail chain.
However, this year, the supermarket chain will proudly showcase New South Wales (NSW) beef products, led by Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA).
An irresistible range of premium cuts of NSW beef, from juicy sirloins to marbled ribeyes, will drive customers to explore their palettes while appreciating the tenderness of Australian beef.
“We are thrilled to appoint young and talented Indonesian chefs as, ‘Aussie Beef Mates’ in Jakarta, a city renowned for its dynamic culinary scene. The culinary imaginations and creations of young chefs excite us. We hope that they can reach new culinary heights with access to quality Australian beef and the experience to innovate with different cuts of beef in their cooking,” opens MLA Global Business Manager, Joshua Anderson.
MLA understands the significance of fostering connections with the new generation of culinary scholars, as the company values their innovation and diversity. Held from June 15-30, an opening program called “Aussie Beef Mates” invites young established Indonesian chefs and trusted food professionals to exhibit the potential of the NSW beef in becoming a preferred choice for the city’s foodservice industry.
The lucky Indonesian star chefs are represented by Chef Kartika Chandra, Chef Stefu Santoso, Chef Freddie Salim, Chef Muhammad Maliki (in collaboration with Chef Lukman Hakim) and Chef Rahmatullah Awaludin. Not only do they embody the spiritual caricature of the program itself, but these outstanding individuals also have proven commitment to spring-boarding Australia and its world-class beef.
Artistically profound dishes that embody the versatility and quality of NSW Beef will be created by the chefs, who will also venture into an educational program to gain knowledge about the production of NSW beef.
“‘Aussie Beef Mates’ will strengthen the bond between Australian producers and Indonesian foodservice establishments and create invaluable opportunities for mutual growth and trade,” added NSW Trade and Investment Director, Yonathan Wijaya.
As we all know, collaboration creates mutual benefit, and this program of culinary adventure and cultural cooperation will not disappoint.
Whether in cozy cafes or at an elegant home-made dinner, diners will savor the undefeated taste and texture of the Australian beef.
A gastronomic journey into the flavorful world that ignites one’s soul, the premium Australian beef promises a tantalizing taste that will leave culinary enthusiasts across Jakarta in everlasting satisfaction.
