In an increasingly interconnected world, the study of literature holds the key to fostering cultural awareness, dismantling biases, and paving the way for a harmonious global society.

English Literature, a discipline steeped in the study of texts written by inhabitants of the British Isles, contrasts with the broader scope of Global Literature.
