sia’s leading life insurance company, PT AIA Financial, has launched its first loyalty program for its high net worth customers, the AIA Altitude. With the launch, AIA Indonesia further cements its place as a trusted partner for customers by providing holistic solutions through a new traditional life insurance product, AIA Platinum Treasure.

AIA Altitude is a program that is designed to facilitat added-value for the health and lifestyle needs of high net worth individuals. Research from Katadata shows an increase in the number of customers with deposits above Rp 5 billion by 6.5 percent in 2023, compared with the previous year. These customers have long been a segment for the life insurance company, and AIA Indonesia continuously strives to cater to all of its customers, including those of high net worth.
The service is integrated within AIA Platinum Treasure, a new traditional life insurance product, which provides sum assured of up to Rp 7.5 billion for elderly customers without having to undergo a medical examination. For customers aged 50 years and under, there is a sum insured of up to Rp 15 billion without a medical examination. AIA Platinum Treasure also allows customers to get more sum insured than this limit, if they carry out a health examination according to procedures.
AIA Platinum Treasure offers high life protection starting from Rp 2 billion, as well as long-term benefits tailored to the needs of each customer segment. There is a life protection option of up to 300 percent of the sum insured, a suitable option to protect a business and inherit wealth in the future. Meanwhile, there is also the option to get a living benefit of 25 percent of the initial sum insured, to facilitate support for inheritance and retirement planning.
This is all in addition to the AIA Vitality, which is a feature that aims to encourage healthy living for all customers, as well as Personal Medical Management services, which provide exclusive assistance when customers face health challenges. For the customer’s health, AIA Indonesia makes sure that preventative measures are a vital component of health care itself.
As one of AIA's efforts to provide added value to high net worth customers, the AIA Altitude loyalty program offers an ecosystem which supports life needs holistically, stepping beyond conventional insurance and health protection products for the company. With the new loyalty program, customers can enjoy access to Mobile Doctor services from almost all regions across the archipelago, priority underwriting services, a 24/7 priority customer service, and a VIP queue service, which is also equipped with a special meeting room at AIA Central, Jakarta.
