Nestle Indonesia Wins Top Companies Award for Outstanding Employee Development and Welfare

A

sk any great company, and most will agree that employees are among the most integral parts of their success. From factory workers to salespeople in shops, everyone has a part to play in driving consumerism.

Employees are the base of a strong and long-running organization. Their strength, commitment and dedication, as well as their emotional connection with the organization, cannot be judged as assets with monetary value. However, companies can help them feel valued in other ways. They need to feel protected and encouraged to grow to be the best version of themselves.

Today, the improvement of employees’ health and knowledge has become a benchmark for cultures fostered by companies in each industry.

Nestlé Indonesia, a key player in the nation's food and beverage industry for over 50 years, has been recognized as one of LinkedIn's Top Companies 2024. This prestigious award acknowledges Nestlé Indonesia's commitment to creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace that fosters employee development and creativity.

The LinkedIn Top Companies list is a highly regarded recognition, highlighting companies that excel in offering their employees opportunities for career advancement and skill acquisition. Nestlé Indonesia was selected alongside 14 other companies, following a rigorous evaluation process conducted on 16 April 2024.

Samer Chedid, President Director of PT Nestlé Indonesia, expressed his gratitude for the award, saying, "Our ethos of 'Be a Force for Good' underscores our belief in our employees as the pillars of our brand strength, product quality, and business future. Fahrul Irvanto, Director of Human Resources at PT Nestlé Indonesia, added, "We are immensely proud of our employees who uphold our values of respect, diversity, and inclusivity. Their dedication motivates us to continue investing in their well-being, health, and safety."

To promote further talent development, Nestlé Indonesia also encourages continuous learning with assignments, both in and out of the office. In return, the younger generation sees this as an opportunity to learn new things and get a better sense of which position fits them best.
