he Apurva Kempinski Bali has finally unveiled its long-awaited sustainable menu Locaflair at Koral Restaurant, featuring ingredients sourced directly from the hotel’s very own hydroponic garden, in line with its commitment to sustainability and its promise of innovation as one of the biggest names in the industry.
The new dining experience offers a meeting point between unique dishes and environmental responsibility. Among the key highlights are the Garden-to-Table delights and the Sustainable Seafood Selection, presenting delectable dishes curated to showcase the natural flavors of the island province. Koral also practices food waste management to sustain its hydroponic garden.
The launch of the new menu was also special: an intimate event offering an inspirational talk show to foster dialogue and awareness about the importance of sustainable practices in the hospitality industry.
The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s commitment to sustainability extends beyond its culinary offerings and encompasses all aspects of its operations. Last year, the hotel launched its innovative Sustainable Wedding Package in collaboration with other sustainable organizations. The majestic resort also runs the Sustainable Agriculture program, which incorporates electric vehicles as part of the hotel’s unique guest experience.
