KS Group, a pioneer in the luxury hospitality industry, has announced its latest venture with Marriott International: the upcoming JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa.

Marking the third round of DKS Group’s partnership with Marriott International, the venture was formalized in a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony on April 30, attended by DKS Group Chairman and Founder Danie Kurniawan Sugianto and Marriott International Vice President for Indonesia and Malaysia Ramesh Jackson.

The JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa boasts an extensive lineup of amenities, ranging from Ubud's very first Sunset Jungle Club to four gourmet restaurants curated by Michelin Star and celebrity chefs and a chapel fit for 100 guests, perfectly positioned to catch Ubud’s magical sunsets.

For Danie, creating a hotel is like telling a story.

“Life is like an intricate web of stories interlaced tightly together and each strand is filled to the brim with purpose. At JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa, we are honored to play a role in the beautiful story of your life. Let yourself truly be in the present; aware and alive, this is how lifelong memories are made.”

The property marks a major milestone in the luxury resort scene, boasting 79 suites and 22 one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas, each juxtaposing spectacular jungle views and upscale ambiance, courtesy of Italian and French designers.

Ensuring luxury meets convenience, the JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa also caters to leisure and professional crowds with its state-of-the-art conference facilities that can accomodate upward of 350 guests. The comprehensive wellness offerings include a riverside spa and multiple swimming pools designed for relaxation and family fun.

"We are immensely proud to expand our footprint in Indonesia with JW Marriott Bali Ubud Resort & Spa. This marks another milestone for our growth in the country, and we are excited to work together with DKS Group to bring our shared mission to life," Jackson said.

"The JW Marriott brand is inspired by the approach to life of our founding father, J. Willard Marriott. Guided by principles of mindfulness, JW Marriott provides a sanctuary where guests can focus on feeling whole – present in mind, nourished in body and revitalized in spirit, so they can find a sense of balance through travel experiences. With the JW Marriott brand located in Ubud, Bali, this hotel is sure to welcome guests with an immersive experience that embraces the essence of Balinese culture and our brand ethos."
