mbracing tradition and heritage, The Langham, Jakarta is showcasing an extraordinary and exclusive dim sum experience at T’ang Court restaurant, setting a new standard of luxury dining in Jakarta.

From July 25 to Aug. 11, dim sum head chef Tse Chun Fuk from the Michelin-starred Ming Court in Wanchai,  Hong Kong will collaborate with T’ang Court’s executive Chinese chef Chong Kooi Sam to invite guests on a culinary journey unlike any other, savoring a selection of dim sum masterpieces meticulously crafted using only the finest and most exquisite ingredients available.

Dim sum, a meticulous culinary art that has long been a beloved dish enjoyed by many, will be elevated to Michelin-quality standards right in the heart of Jakarta.

With over 25 years of experience honing his craft, chef Chun's culinary mastery shines through in each dish, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for dim sum artistry. Drawing inspiration from his distinguished culinary background, chef Chun infuses his creations with a blend of tradition, innovation and sophistication that sets T’ang Court's dim sum offerings apart as a true culinary masterpiece.

Guests can indulge in the artisanal dim sum set menu from the exquisite amuse bouche to the decadent crispy prawn dumpling and beyond, including the luxurious flavors of the wagyu spring rolls with shaved foie gras, authentic braised bird's nest dumpling in superior broth, fresh lobster tossed with assorted condiments and the flavorful stuffed assorted mushrooms in bamboo pith, all meticulously prepared using the freshest and most premium ingredients available.

The six-course lunch set menu is priced at Rp 1.28 million++ per person, with the eight-course dinner set menu priced at Rp 1.88 million++ per person.
