MOT, Carstensz Mall launch LOT No. 1/2, showcasing 14 local brands

T

he Museum of Toys (MOT), in collaboration with Carstensz Mall, has launched LOT No. 1/2, a new platform that introduces a fresh and innovative department store concept.

LOT No. 1/2 is not limited to a single aspect like art or fashion. Instead, it serves as a bridge that connects creativity, trends and expression in a unique space for exploration.

Featuring around 14 local brands including 3Mongkis, Soboyow and Porto X, visitors can experience exclusive, curated collections from these brands, enjoy a distinctive retail experience and witness the seamless collaboration between fashion, lifestyle and creative activities within a harmonious ecosystem.

LOT No. 1/2 is open to other local brands that wish to join.

"The requirement is that they must be a local brand. As long as there is available space in LOT No. 1/2 and Carstensz Mall continues to provide opportunities, and as long as they share the same vision, they are welcome," explained Deasy Varianti Sutanto, founder of MOT and the visionary behind LOT No. 1/2.

"Collaboration is one of the keys to success. This is the idea behind the fractional number one-half: Half is a part of one, and half represents collaboration," Deasy added.

Also during the launch event, Vonny Hermawan, Chief Operating Officer of Carstensz Mall, expressed appreciation for its partners in joining and enlivening the shopping mall, as well as his hope that the collaboration would continue. To all visitors, he extended a verbal invitation to explore and experience the specially curated collections of local brands.
