oinciding with his 55th birthday, singer Iwan Fals will hold a concert titled Perayaan Karya Iwan Fals (Celebration of Iwan Fals’ Works) at Pantai Karnaval in Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, North Jakarta, this Saturday.
“We are very proud to collaborate with Iwan Fals, Indonesia's superstar and music legend,” Zico Kemala Batin, country manager of Yonder Music Indonesia, the streaming service that is hosting the event alongside telecommunications company PT XL Axiata, said in an official statement on Tuesday.
Zico added that many people liked to listen to Iwan’s songs and they always made the service's Top Hits list.

Separately, XL prepaid business chief David Arcelus Oses praised Iwan's songs as timeless and for being the voice of the people. "We are proud to present Bang Iwan to his fans while celebrating his 55th birthday,” he said.
Meanwhile, the singer of Nyanyian Jiwa (The Song of the Soul), Aku Bukan Pilihan (I am Not An Option) and Ijinkan Aku Menyayangimu (Let Me Love You) said: “Hopefully it can be an annual event that will bond us all and offer good value.”
