ead of the Creative Economy Agency, Triawan Munaf, offered his apology to South Korean girl band Girls' Generation (SNSD) member, Taeyeon, for the unfortunate incident that happened to her at the Soekarno-Hatta airport Thursday evening.
Taeyeon was ambushed by fans upon her arrival in Jakarta and posted a message on her Instagram account regarding the incident.
Triawan posted an apology message for Taeyeon via his personal Instagram account @triawanmunaf on Friday, as quoted by Kompas.com.
"Dear Taeyeon, I sincerely apologize for what happened to you upon your arrival in Jakarta. We will endeavor to ensure that this will never happen again during the rest of your stay. Me and my entire family are SONEs as well. So to hear that you are hurt really pains us. We wish you nothing but love and hope you enjoy the rest of your stay."

In his message, Triawan also calls out for fans to support Taeyeon and Hyoyeon in their visit.
"To Indonesian SONE, Taeyeon's safety and well-being is of paramount importance for us. We will heighten security and ensure this won't be repeated. We also ask for your cooperation to show your love and support to Taeyeon in the safest most appropriate way. Let's work together to show Taeyeon and Hyoyeon the best of Indonesia!"
