n reference to the letter sent by Zharah lumsden, Jakarta, we would like to inform her of the check-in procedure at the airport.

First, the passengers must arrive at the airport two-and-a-half hours before their flight is scheduled to depart.

Second, 30 minutes before departure, our check-in counters close. Passengers can not check-in after this, even if it is only one minute late. Third, passengers who come late should report to a duty manager, who is available in front of check-in counters.

These managers are authorized to answer questions from passengers and decide whether a passenger can take the following flight or if they must purchase a new ticket.

In the case of Zharah, she arrived at the airport at 4:30 p.m. and her plane was due to fly at 5:05 p.m.

Meanwhile, according to our refund procedure, for each ticket refund customers are charged a Rp 50,000 administration fee, and no-show passengers can only claim half of the original ticket price.
