ising star, singer Citra Scholastika says that she hopes entering the public spotlight will not change who she is.

“No doubt [about it], this job demands that I change my appearance to grab more attention. However, [the most important thing is that] I remain comfortable. It’s all just to support my performance, to make me prettier and more confident,” said the finalist of Indonesian Idol’s sixth season.

She said that she did not want to be compared to other singers or entertainers, because she had never wanted to follow the styles of other celebrities.

“I don’t want to be anybody else. I just want to be me. This is how I am, young and confident at heart,” said the singer who popularized the songs Everybody Knew and Pasti Bisa (Surely I Can Do It).
