everal Transjakarta bus corridors ceased operations as buses were rerouted on Friday ahead of a protest to demand the dismissal of  Jakarta Governor Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama in relation to his blasphemy case .

According to a statement from PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta), the Patung Kuda to Harmony corridor had halted operations, while buses traveling through corridors 1, 2, 3, 6, 7a and 8 had been rerouted. 

Buses traveling through Corridor 1 connecting Blok M in South Jakarta to Kota Tua in Central Jakarta have been directed to Tanah Abang. 

From Kota to Blok M, services have been diverted to Juanda, Pasar Baru, Pejambon, Tugu Tani and City Hall. 

Buses going through Corridor 2 serving Harmoni to Pulo Gadung have been rerouted to Juanda, Pasar Baru, Pejambon, Tugu Tani and Kwitang; while from Pulo Gadung to Harmoni,  services have been rerouted to Atrium, Jl. Gunung Sahari, Jl. KH Samanhudi to Sawah Besar. 

Corridor 3 serving Harmoni to Kalideres has been shortened, as has Corridor 6 serving Ragunan to Dukuh Atas.

Buses traveling through Corridor 7a serving Harmoni to PGC have been rerouted to Jl. Juanda, Pasar Baru, Lapangan Banteng, Jl. Borobudur to Senen.  

From PGC to Harmoni, buses have been rerouted to Senen, Budi Utomo, the Armabar traffic light, Golden Truly traffic light, Jl K.H Samanhudi to Sawah Besar.

Buses going through Corridor 8, serving Harmoni to Lebak Bulus have been rerouted to the Harmoni Police post to Roxy. (cal)
