he Jakarta administration is set to reshuffle its officials in a bid to accelerate the realization of the administration’s programs and projects.
Jakarta Governor Djarot Saiful Hidayat said he aimed to finish the administration's ongoing programs before the end of his term in October.
This reorganization process is also needed to fill vacant positions left by retired officials, he added.
"[The reshuffle will be imposed on] all officials, including senior ones,” he said.

Jakarta has seen several shakeups over the past few years, including earlier this year when former acting governor Sumarsono changed the positions of 5,038 city officials. (dmr)
