ritish rock quartet Coldplay has decided to schedule an additional performance in Bangkok's Rajamangala National Stadium in Thailand on April 7 for their A Head Full of Dreams Asia Tour 2017.
Previously the band officially announced it would only visit Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan during the tour.
In addition to an additional show in Bangkok, the band also announced an additional day for their Singapore show. According to the new schedule, the band members, Chris Martin, Johnny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion, will perform at Singapore's National Stadium on March 31 and April 1. The tickets for both shows will go on sale through SportsHubTix starting on Nov. 25.

This update came after news that the concert tickets for Coldplay’s performance on April 1 in Singapore had sold out within 90 minutes. Up to 40,000 tickets have reportedly been sold so far.
Coldplay visited Thailand during the tour for their second album A Rush of Blood to the Head in July 2003, from which the musicians performed some of their hit tracks, such as “In My Place”, “The Scientist” and “Clocks”.
Amid this concert hype, Coldplay also announced plans to release an extended play album called Kaleidoscope next year. (kes)
