Having a smart brain is probably high on many people's wish list. 

Learning is not the only way to increase your intelligence. Consuming certain foods regularly can help boost the ability of our brain to process information.

Below are some foods that are believed to be able to increase your intelligence as compiled by tempo.co:

Eggs

Containing choline, eggs are good for your brain. Choline is considered to be helpful in developing your brain and improving your memory.

Olive oil

Olive oil is often used as an addition to food such as salads and stir fry dishes. It is known to increase intelligence as well as maintain the health of your neuron system.

Salmon

Salmon is said to be one of the most popular foods that people consume to increase their brain capability. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for brain development and memory.

Nuts
