JAKARTA: Koko Prasetyo Darkuncoro and Andy Ardiansyah of Indonesia ruled again in the third series on Thursday for their second win in the Asia Pacific beach volleyball tournament.

Koko/Andy eased past Bao Jian and Jin Weizai of China 21-13, 21-18 in the final at Songkhla, Thailand. Thailand also hosted the first two series with the Indonesians winning the opener in Nakhon Si Thammarat (April 4-6) and finishing as runners-up in Patalung (April 9-11). "The kids have shown a consistent play. They won easily despite having played a tight match in the semifinals," said assistant coach Bambang Eko Suhartawan.

The tournament will peak with the fourth series Sungai Parai, Bangka, Indonesia, from April 20 to 22. - JP
