AKARTA: The city will obey the decision of the Indonesian National Arbitration Agency (BANI) that set a Rp 12,200 (US$1.20) per kilometer tariff for the Transjakarta consortium, but officials do not know when it will come into effect.
"*The decision* is binding, we have to pay it," Deputy Governor Prijanto said Friday. The new decision ends the dispute between the city administration and the Transjakarta consortium over the tariff the city should pay.
