USA DUA: Nikko Bali Resort & Spa Bali has been awarded the best company in the category of industrial relations in Badung regency for the year 2010.

The award was presented at Graha Sawangan Ballroom by Tjok Ngurah Bagus Agung, head of the social affairs and manpower office on Wednesday.

Nikko Bali Resort & Spa general manager Jean-Charles Le Coz said he was proud and honored to recieve the award.

Bagus Agung said the award presentation was mainly aimed at encouraging companies to increase the safety of their workers, relations between management and staff, and overall working conditions.

“In the end, both employers and workers were able to create conducive working conditions that will boost their professionalism and productivity,” Bagus Agung said. —JP
