AKARTA: The rock band Peterpan is planning to perform live in 2012 despite the fact that their singer Ariel is still doing time in prison after a sex video scandal.
“There will be live shows with featured singers,” guitarist Uki said as quoted by tribunnews.com on Monday.
Ariel, whose real name is Nazriel Irham, was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison for producing a homemade pornographic video that was then distributed by someone else.
“We really miss playing with Ariel,” Ukie added. He said that he still spoke to the singer on the phone.
