AKARTA: Singer Krisdayanti says she monitors her children, including Aurel, her daughter with former husband Anang Hermansyah, partly through social media.

“I communicate [with them] up to this day. The children have gadgets, such as social media and the like,” she said on Thursday as quoted by kompas.com.

Krisdayanti said she was aware that Aurel had a boyfriend and was making their romance public.

“I support [her]. I only support her through prayer. In real life, I cannot be with Azriel and Aurel,” she said, referring to the children.

Krisdayanti said she was grateful that Anang and his partner, singer Ashanty, were taking care of the children.

Anang and Ashanty reportedly have scheduled their wedding for next month.
