Police are investigating Fariz Rustam Munaf, better known as Fariz RM, on allegations that the veteran musician was in possession of heroin.

South Jakarta Police chief Sr. Comr. Wahyu Hadiningrat declined to discuss Fariz RM'€™s case in detail.

'€œWe will inform people of the details later, because he [Fariz RM] is currently being interrogated about how he got it,'€ Wahyu said, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

It is the second time that Fariz has been in trouble over narcotics allegations.

In October 2007, Fariz was sentenced to eight months'€™ imprisonment for possession of 5 grams of marijuana.
