Jazz crooner Andien is taking a hands-on approach in all aspects of her upcoming solo concert, celebrating 15 years of her career.

'€œI'€™m a detail-oriented person. I take care of the costumes, accessories, music arrangement even the break-time activities,'€ she said as reported by tribunnews.com on Thursday.

In celebrating her career so far, Andien said she wanted the concert to reflect her personal character.

The concert is slated for Sept. 15 at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) in Senayan, Central Jakarta.

During the concert preparation, Andien was treated for typhoid fever from fatigue.

'€œI was distressed by the work, so I recently flew to Bali for a week-long holiday. I returned to Jakarta refreshed,'€ she said.

Andien also consulted other singers who had held their own solo concerts.

'€œThe concert is only a month away and I'€™m wondering how I can get enough rest.'€
