K

eeping our sprit up and being optimistic amid the COVID-19 pandemic are highly important — that is the message Sasa eagerly wants to deliver through a collaborative tune, “Sasa to the World”, launched recently.

The government has made efforts to reduce the rate of virus transmission through various restrictions and resolve this pandemic since the confirmed case of COVID-19 was announced in Indonesia in March 2020.

Not only in Indonesia, but various countries and citizens of the world are also working together to restore their economy, which have been affected by the pandemic.

Under the global corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, Sasa and people from all over the world collaborate to awaken global citizens’ passion and encourage them to have hope in coping with the pandemic through a song, “Sasa to the World”.  To listen to the song, please visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vQqsZjNagJs.

Through the song, Sasa and its partners from different countries are inviting the world to rise from the pandemic and believe that no matter how hard things may get, “we need to maintain our optimism”, said PT Sasa Inti CEO Rudolf Tjandra.

PT Sasa Inti is a leading FMGG Food and Seasoning company from Indonesia which has evolved into a market leader locally and internationally.

"Sasa is about happiness, about hope. The pandemic has taken some of that happiness away, and hope is turning into surrender. We believe human beings are resilient, resourceful and able to beat all odds. If only we do it together across nationalities, genders, race, religions. We can beat this. There is rainbow after the heaviest rain. Every cloud has a silver lining.”

According to him, Sasa is part of the world and the world is Sasa.

“As a leading food and seasoning company from Indonesia, this is our most heartfelt contribution to each and every one of us. God speed, #HappinessIsSasa,” he said.

PT Sasa Inti will also invite people to see this pandemic as a challenge that must be resolved, such as Sasa's commitment to contributing to one noble goal, namely adding and strengthening Sasa products with nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

“This is a precursor to seeing this pandemic not as a problem that makes us rush to raise our hands, give up and lose. We need to highly appreciate those who still maintain their optimism by continuing to struggle and making endeavors, according to the capabilities of their respective fields,” Rudolf said.
