e’ve all been there: you’ve washed your hair multiple times to escape from the frizziness and humidity, and yet your locks are still dull and undernourished. Perhaps there is still a step missing from the routine?
Ringing in the new year, Pantene has launched a range of hair supplements to recharge and rehydrate luscious locks of hair around the country.
Pantene’s all-new Miracles Hair Supplement works in a similar manner to daily or weekly multivitamins and multi-step skincare routines, providing nutrition for one’s hair after a regular wash with shampoo.
Procter & Gamble Indonesia Communication Director Beauty Care Ovidia Nomia said in a statement that the product is P&G’s first hair supplement for Indonesia, which paves the way for a new routine for hair care products.
“Where people used to just wash their hair with shampoo, we are now encouraging everyone to add another step to the routine by using Miracles Hair Supplement to optimally nourish our hair after each wash. Shampoo is only used to clean the hair, but at the same time it may reduce our hair’s nutrition, making it lose its luster, coarse, and tired-looking,” she said.
Pantene Indonesia partnered with internet personality Keanu Angelo (@keanuagl), whose luscious locks were not hydrated and nourished enough with just shampooing regularly. He then used Miracles Hair Supplement in his daily and weekly hair care routine to recharge his hair, the progress and reaction which was documented in a video titled “Miracles Hair Supplement Baru! - Bye #RambutCapek Hello #RambutKeCharged”.
In the first 24 hours since being uploaded to Pantene Indonesia’s YouTube channel, the video has been watched by 950,773 viewers, receiving positive feedback from Indonesian netizens interested in both Keanu and his successful results of using Miracles Hair Supplement.
Pantene Indonesia’s Miracles Hair Supplement is available in two variants: Miracles Biotin Strength & Collagen Repair Daily Supplement Conditioner that hydrates and repairs hair, as well as the Miracles Biotin Strength Strength & Collagen Repair Weekly Supplement Hair Mask that can transform dried and damaged hair into healthy, strong, and lustrous locks.
Both products can be purchased at the nearest minimarket and supermarket. The Miracles Biotin Strength / Collagen Repair Daily Supplement Conditioner 150 ml retails for Rp 26,900, while the Miracles Biotin Strength Strength & Collagen Repair Weekly Supplement Hair 20 ml can be had for Rp 7,900.
