ioneering online travel agent (OTA) tiket.com has collaborated with e-commerce platform Blibli to synchronize both platforms’ user bases, combining the best features and elements of online shopping and traveling in an integrated ecosystem.
A manifestation of Blibli and tiket.com’s commitment toward their respective users, the move is an industry first in Indonesia, providing both companies with deeper user penetration and a multitude of rewards for their users, from daily needs to travel essentials.
“This account linking is an efficient solution for tiket.com and Blibli users to get the best benefits on both platforms with just one account,” said Gaery Undarsa, cofounder and chief marketing officer at tiket.com.
The integration of Blibli and tiket.com can be accessed through the latest version of both apps. Users must make sure that their Blibli and tiket.com accounts are registered under the same email address before the synchronization process.
By linking their Blibli and tiket.com accounts, users will automatically match their Blibli Loyalty and tiket.com Elite Rewards loyalty program to the program with the highest level.
For example, a user with a Blibli Loyalty tier 1 level of Classic and a tiket.com tier 4 level of Elite Platinum will automatically have their Blibli tier level adjusted to the corresponding tier 4 level of Infinite and vice versa.
Furthermore tiket.com users joining Blibli will receive up to 2,500 points in bonuses on their first time linking their accounts, as well as a number of Blibli benefits ranging from free delivery vouchers, exclusive shopping vouchers for members, as well as a special gift for customers celebrating their birthdays.
Meanwhile, Blibli users joining tiket.com will receive a discount of up to 15 percent for flight and hotel bookings, a range of tiket.com traveling facilities, a dedicated customer care line, and early access to promotional programs and discounts.
"We invite Blibli Friends and Sobat Tiket to connect their accounts to enjoy all the multiple benefits and rewards!" said Edward Kilian Suwignyo, chief marketing officer at Blibli.
