T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) distributed hundreds of sembako (staple food) packages to PNM customers in Jakarta from April 13 to 20. The symbolic gesture was made by PNM’s account officer in the Jakarta branch and was received by PNM Mekaar customers in Jakarta, Wonogiri, Banyuwangi, and Magelang. The food packages included cooking oil, sugar, rice, syrup and tea.
"This food aid is a tangible manifestation of PNM in helping to ease the burden on customers ahead of Idul Fitri 1443 H, especially since cooking oil is still a rare item in the market," said Dodot Patria Ary, PNM corporate secretary.
PNM hoped that the packages would be useful in helping the customers of PNM Mekaar meet their daily needs, in order to feel more motivated to further increase worship during this year's holy month.
For more information, until April 13 PNM distributed financing of Rp 122.14 trillion to PNM Mekaar's customers, totaling 11.7 million customers. Currently, PNM has 3,673 service offices throughout Indonesia serving micro and small enterprises in 34 provinces, 443 regencies/cities and 5,006 sub-districts.
