eing a woman means building a civilization as an inspirational figure in more strategic varieties. Women can now work and do domestic work while assisting children with schoolwork throughout the pandemic. To sum it up, women are game changers.

State-owned enterprises (BUMN) endorse women’s multiple roles under the name of Srikandi BUMN. They bring passion to every job they do, carrying out their everyday function as part of the State-Owned Enterprises Ministry.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI (stock code: BBNI) believes that they must provide space for catalysts of change like Kartini. BNI is creating an opportunity to help the outstanding women that helped support the company’s sustainable growth.

The Srikandi BNI committee exclusively invited 20 chosen women leaders from all BNI regional offices and divisions in Indonesia on Kartini Day 2022. Self-improvement training will be given to them including professional grooming, personal branding, public speaking, beauty class, catwalk and fashion show.

President of BNI Director Royke Tumilaar appreciated the contribution of the twenty Srikandi BNI. He encouraged them to continue their service to customers who made BNI their Bank Partner.

The twenty women leaders were Wenny Ch Tampubolon (W01), Prita Marisca (W02), Trisia Novryanti (W03), Kinkin (W04), Dolly Kusuma Dewi (W05), Nurlina Mappaosong (W06), Wiwik Sriwahyuningsih (W07), Christa Primaresta (W08), Nurifa Juli Astuti (W09), Septyaningtyas Anggia (W10), Andy Irmawaty (W11), Fitri Santuning Iftitah (W12), Patiar Gracia Dumasi Hutapea (W14), Ridya Freshca Puspasari (W15), Wisye Hehamahua ( W16), Umi Renani (W17), Wicahyanti Pratiti (W18), Alifa Indika Putri Yusuf of the PKU Division, Deby Aprilia Sihombing of the RTL Division and Ananda Elise Natasya of the TRS Division.

BNI’s Assistance in Women’s MSME Bazaar

In support of women’s economy and its potential in society, BNI also held a BNI Women's MSME Bazaar at the BNI Grha Lobby on April 21-22.

In attendance was the deputy president director of BNI, Adi Sulistyowati. She was proud of Riana Kusuma’s MSME appearance at the bazaar. She reminds Srikandi BNI to always spread positive energy that can drive the company’s progress without forgetting their roles as women.

THE MSME products displayed are categorized under fashion, home decor, Muslim clothing, cakes and Eid snacks. The participating female MSMEs are Soulmate Bedsheet (home decor), Riana Kusuma (fashion) -- state-owned house, Genthong Uma (fashion), Kirana khimar (fashion) -- state-owned house, Kue aunt (FNB hampers / Lebaran cake), Sinjay (food and snack) – state-owned house, Heavenly Nest, Swallow's Nest (FNB) and Spin Warriors Indonesia (sport and lifestyle).
