PNM holds blood donation drive to celebrate 23rd anniversary

A

s part of activities surrounding its 23rd anniversary, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) collaborated with Fatmawati Hospital to hold a blood donation drive on June 13 at Menara PNM, Jakarta.

Along with celebrating PNM's 23rd anniversary, the event aimed to facilitate PNM Group employees who wished to donate blood and to help those in need of blood.

In addition to blood donation, the event also included health checks such as blood sugar, cholesterol and uric acid. PNM Group employees showed great enthusiasm for the opportunity, as seen from the large number of donors who registered and successfully donated their blood.

Attending the activities was Leonardus, a disabled micro-entrepreneur. He expressed his gratitude to PNM for the continued collaboration with the National Commission for Disabilities (KND) for allowing them to open a booth for products made by disabled clients at Menara PNM.

"We thank PNM for providing an opportunity for friends with disabilities today to be able to contribute to our sales. All sales proceeds will be donated directly to customers with disabilities," he said.

The K3 initiation to hold routine health check-ups and blood donations was intended to increase solidarity and provide valuable hope to people who are in need of blood.

As of June 13, PNM has distributed financing of Rp 128.49 trillion to 11.8 million PNM Mekaar customers. PNM currently has 3,673 offices throughout Indonesia serving micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in 34 provinces, 443 regencies and cities, and 5,006 sub-districts.
