fter successfully hosting last year’s largest property awards in Indonesia, Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) is back with Indonesia’s largest property marketplace, 99 Group, to hold this year’s Golden Property Awards (GPA) The People’s Choice.
Since its debut in 2015, the GPA has been considered the highest accomplishment real estate businesses in Indonesia can achieve. The GPA is an independent award directly judged professionally by IPW members free of transactions in accordance with Standard Project Rating 2.1.
However, unlike the GPA with its panel of judges, GPA The People’s Choice 2022 combines a professional selection system and public voting. Consumers are urged to cast their votes through the GPA’s official page, goldenpropertyawards.com, or fill in survey booklets provided by GPA The People’s Choice official partners.
Meanwhile, real estate businesses are free to submit their projects from Aug.2 to Sep.2, before polling starts from Sep. 4 to Oct.4. On Oct. 13, GPA The People’s Choice 2022 will announce winners in more than 42 different category awards, including Favorite Housing Project, Favorite Apartment Project, Favorite Housing Design, Best Choice, Building Material, Celebrity Property Entrepreneur and Bank.
“The People’s Choice by 99 Group and IPW is expected to provide the best recommendations for property choices and other residential products. Therefore, we are channeling a new kind of spirit through #YourVoiceMatters, which shows that The People’s Choice centers around the consumer. We are looking forward to the positive responses from the public and property seekers and their votes for the GPA The People’s Choice,” said senior vice president of marketing 99 Group Indonesia, Bharat Buxani.
Meanwhile, CEO of IPW, Ali Tranghanda, believes that GPA The People’s Choice will not only help propel the best property businesses into the spotlight, but also provide a space for consumers to voice their opinions when looking for property and related services.
“By involving consumers in the award-selection process, we can get a better picture of the trends and demands in the property market. This is important because property businesses will then be able to provide consumers with the products and services they need,” said Ali.
