NI always consider various business development plans including those proposed by Government, as long as it is commercially feasible and gives positive impact to the company's financial performance in order to add value to the shareholders.

With regards to news on BTN acquisition, BNI has not received guideline from the majority shareholder to make it a corporate action

BNI currently is focusing on the execution of its corporate transformation plan. One of the initiatives is to optimize contribution from subsidiaries, where we are currently having several strategic business development plan related to digital bank, securities, and multifinance subsidiaries.
